Winona State University has a thousand students on the Rochester Community and Technical College campus. The RCTC library provides library services (ILL, circulation, instruction) to those students. RCTC is also given a fund to purchase materials for the WSU students. However each institution has unique physical and digital collections. WSU students in Rochester (and also distance students) have access to each. Some classes are only at one site, but a few classes are split via ITV to both sites. At times librarians from RCTC and WSU have team-taught BI sessions. To give students and faculty better access to both institution’s library resources a joint nursing LibGuide page was created and has been used for over a year. Response has been highly positive. Additional joint pages have been made and more are planned. WSU is considering additional partners for other locations.
